I have been going to see Ivana for some time and she has helped me with many realignments in my body. Initially I had an old injury in my Achilles which was incredibly painful, she helped to stretch and restore the tendon and surrounding tight muscles. Ivana has been a huge part of my transformation, physically and mentally.  She has managed to reduce my cortisol, my stress, and my depression. As a founder, running business I've been surviving on cortisol.  She worked on me physically helping a rolled ankle.  I have seen her every 6 weeks for the past 6 months.  friends now notice the difference in my spirit and lightness.  Ivana is more than 5 stars-  whole heartedly recommend. Had an amazingly beneficial treatment with Ivana today, dealing with a rotator cuff injury from a bad fall a couple of weeks ago.  But she did so much more than just deal with the localised problem and used structural integration to normalise other body problems

She is super knowledgeable and experienced and very intuitive.  I first started seeing her for treatments around 17 or 18 years ago and know l can always rely on her to provide very effective treatment.

I think it would be wise for me to see her on a more regular basis to ensure l am living my best physical life.

Additionally she is a lovely person and the treatment room is quiet and comfortable and there is parking readily available.

I am so fortunate to have found her all those years ago and can't recommend her highly enough.

In the Spring of 2016, my recurring disc problem became so much worse. I was suffering severe sciatic pain, which was aggravated even by the simplest of actions, such as turning over in bed. I had 12 sessions with Ivana, and have never been better since the initial injury back in 2006. The treatment itself was intense and effective, and Ivana would constantly explain what she was doing and what effect this would have. 7 months after finishing the treatment, I still get very slight sciatic pain, but only when bending or twisting a certain way. Before seeing Ivana, I honestly never thought I'd be able to walk the same again. I consider it money well spent; will definitely use Ivana's services again, and would highly recommend.
